as i designer, i realize the importance of taking a step back from the computer and working things out by hand every so often. with this series of prints i wanted to use typography to create an image rather than making a seperation between text and image. this series was printed dry on plexiglass using lithograph inks and handcut helvetica bold stencils on various sheets of 18¨x24¨ canson paper. exhibited at a student show at my school, these prints were chosen to be displayed at a student exhibition at typecon 2008 in buffalo.
